Congratulations of your FIRST PBS!

Way to go! You’ve signed up your very first PBS! Take a minute to savor this moment. You’ll have plenty of them throughout your business career. But this is the very first one! You will never be a terrified as you were when they said yes!

Now comes the work. First step is to document their payment. Request a copy of the receipts. There should be 2 receipts if they are paying via PayPal. When you receive them, attach them to their card.

Next: Join their card. This allows you to be notified when their PBS is setup. It also notifies you of any action or content that relates to this student.

Third: Note the card with the @Matt Uyehara so he is notified that there is a PBS to be made. When he has completed the set up, he will note the account with the students login information. This information gets copied into the PBS#1 email template. Move the card to your Trello board. Make sure to write notes to document what you’ve done. Example: I sent STUDENT name the PBS#1 email along with their login information. I moved card from (whatever board they were on before) to my (whatever board you are moving them to). You can also move the card to your 8-18 column on your MSIs board if you don’t have a board of your own.

Fourth: Contact the student to set up a date for their first session. You’ll need about 2 hours. Make sure you let the student know so that they can work with you within the time frames they have.

Fifth: Move the card to your column in your Instructor’s Board under Your Students column..

Lastly, follow the flow. Session 1 of course is first. Ensure they know what you are covering with them. Send them the URL for session. This gives them something they can go to in order to answer some questions. If they still ask questions, answer them as quickly as you can but definitely within 24 hours.

***Make sure your list of affiliate links are up-to-date to send to them.

Continue on with each Session until they are successful.

Ask questions of your Instructor or MSI. The more questions you ask, the better you will understand the process.
