Spaghetti and Eyeballs can be used cold in a Halloween maze. The child puts their hand into a bowl filled with cold and cooked spaghetti noodles and are told it is worms. For a Spooktacular dinner Spaghetti and Eyeballs fit the bill for young and old alike.
Ingredients
12 oz. pkg of spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained.
24 oz. can of Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce in any flavor
32 oz. pkg of pre-made meatballs
12 slices of Sargento Mozzarella Cheese Slices cut into circles
A small can of Black olives, sliced for the eyeball
A small can of Green olives, sliced for eyeball
A box of wooden toothpicks
Directions
- Cook spaghetti in boiling water until just al dente
- Drain and return to pan with cover to keep the heat in.
- Heat the can of Spaghetti or Pasta sauce in a saucepan.
- At the same time, heat the meatballs in the microwave according to the package information.
- Mix spaghetti and heated Spaghetti or Pasta sauce together until Spaghetti is covered.
- Put the mixed spaghetti into a large bowl
- Before serving, place a circle of cheese on the top of the spaghetti and add an slice of olive to that.
