Chicken SOS

Despite looking awful, Chicken SOS will become a family favorite. Don’t let the looks fool you. It’s easy to change the ingredients. As a result, we’re creating new flavors and traditions. You can serve this dish to two or 22 people, depending on how many people you’re feeding. You’ll need a lot of chicken and Cream of Chicken soup. You don’t have to spend a lot to make it.

Take 1-2 chicken breasts and cut them into whatever shapes you like or use a pound of ground chicken (or any ground meat. I mix chicken with hamburger, hamburger with sausage, sausage with chicken. The combinations are endless. Then, brown and fully cook the chicken ensuring no pink inside. You will need 1 large can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup to make this recipe. Finally, cook over a medium heat for a few minutes to resemble gravy.    

To serve, ladle the chicken and gravy mixture over cooked rice, cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Add your favorite vegetable. Frozen works great with this recipe if you don’t have time to cook them fresh. Garnish it with some parsley, carrot flowers, or even edible flowers to make it even better! Add a side salad and some Garlic French Bread and voila!
