The One Pan Oven Chicken Dinner is a life-saver on those nights that are a bit hectic. You can modify the recipe with various vegetables and spices. This allows you to create your own gastric masterpieces. Usually chicken is paired with a white wine. Try discovering a way to include a rose with the oven meal. One such way would be to marinate a chicken breast with a combination of rose and Italian seasonings. I’ve not tried this particular combination, so if you do, let me know how it came out.
Chicken and Veggies – Root Vegetables (Carrots, Potatoes, Celery, Sweet Potatoes, etc.) and cut into two inch cubes. Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Take each chicken breast (1 for each adult, or cut in half for a smaller appetite or child) and nestle them inside of the veggies. Season with salt and pepper. Pop into the oven at 375 for 15 mins. If chicken is still pink inside, return to oven until the center is no longer pink. Do NOT serve chicken that is pink in the middle. I can recommend this cookie sheet as being just amazing
