Hi! You might be wondering why you see so many monkeys in our chat. We did not seem like a cohesive group a year ago. Despite being family, it didn’t feel like we were on the same page. (No rotten bananas, please)
However, I was trying to find something silly that might help us bond. When I discovered GIFs on Skype, I also discovered our monkey. I thought it might not only be fun, but something people could be proud of. So, the Dancing Monkey Award was born. A smaller version followed shortly after.
Three groups are recognized with the Dancing Monkey award. Stacy, Chrissy and Shane. You must post that you sold a PBS in the main chat room for your MSI to receive the award (and its variations).
Instructors receive the smaller version in their chat. This award is also given to instructors when they announce their students have joined one of the anchor offers or when they have completed another activity that increases their business.
Monkeys don’t come with a paycheck although the action they are awarded for can. So…gather them. Brag about it?
The most important thing is to follow the system. It has been proven to work. Each of us is a living testament to its effectiveness. Okay, I’m done.
