Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 3 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 cup peas, canned or frozen
Directions
- Put rice in a large pot with 3 cups water and cook according to package direction
- On medium heat, heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven. Crumble the turkey as it cooks, and add more ground turkey if needed.
- Stir in spinach, carrots, zucchini, peas, and brown rice until spinach wilts and mixture is hot. Approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
- Make sure it cools completely.
- Feed your homemade dog food creation and enjoy his dinner.
